Return Policy

In order to keep our prices as low as possible our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Our guarantee to you, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product please return within 15 days of the invoice date used or unused for a full refund ( less shipping and handling), with no question asked. We would appreciate it if you provide us with a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and assists us in developing better products.

We will gladly accept the return of any product that was damaged in transit, send them with an invoice and we will replace it with no charge of shipping and handling.
Exchange, refunds and credits on returned merchandise will be issued only for the amount of material returned. We are unable to accept returns for international orders. Since we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in shipping, we recommend that you use a form of shipment that provides tracking of your return package.
